Excellent Vietnamese coffee, tea, shaved ice, and ice cream. I highly recommend the any of the coffees, and the mixed soft serve ice cream- brown sugar and ube, delicious. Food hall style atmosphere, but Saigon Snow has their own seating, which is nice.

Saigon Snow is the perfect spot to cool down during the hot summer months or after trying all the savory restaurants at Mills Market. It’s seriously an underrated gem. We ordered the Ube Snow, which comes with mochi, cassava cake, Rice Krispies, and two toppings. We chose mango and lychee jelly. Every bite was different, with a new combination of flavors and textures in every spoonful. It felt like a surprise dessert bowl! Not only was it delicious, but it was also fun to watch them work their magic and transform simple ingredients into this amazing snowy dessert. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re craving something sweet and refreshing.

Love stopping at Mills50 Market every time I'm in Orlando! My two friends and I ordered the mango snow, with a choice of two fruits, coconut and mango, and it came out way bigger than expected. Definitely meant to be shared! Every bowl comes with pandan mochi, cassava cake, and rice krispies, so every bite is this fun mix of creamy, chewy, and crunchy textures all at once. The snow itself was insanely creamy and perfectly sweet, super refreshing with the fresh mango and coconut. And the best part, a family sitting behind us saw our bowl and immediately ordered the same thing for their whole table. That's when you know it looks good and tastes absolutely incredible. If you're anywhere near Mills Market, this is an absolute must-try.

I got the ube snow and the Leche strawberry tea. I cannot describe to you how incredible the obey snow is one of the best things I’ve ever had. The tea was kind of mid though, and I won’t get that again.

I love their smoothies because they use fresh ingredients, and the service is always friendly and kind. If you want a more filling smoothie, go for the honey avocado. If you prefer something sweeter, the coco mango is a great choice. I still need to try the other flavors, since they have a good variety to offer. I’ve also had the ube snow before, and it’s definitely large enough to share with someone as a refreshing treat. The parking lot can be full at times but during the week midday can be less busy.
